You are seeing this because the amount of Medicare taxes withheld in box 6 is Not exactly 1.45% of the Medicare wages in box 5. Remove any cents for the Medicare wages and see if the upgrade message goes away.
If that does not solve the problem, then delete the W-2 and re-enter manually. Make sure the amount in box 6 is 1.45% or less than box 5.

IRS Publication 502, Medical and Dental Expenses - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p502.pdf
Generally, you can't include in medical expenses the amount you pay for cosmetic surgery. This includes any procedure that is directed at improving the patient's appearance and doesn't meaningfully promote the proper function of the body or prevent or treat illness or disease. You generally can't include in medical expenses the amount you pay for procedures such as face lifts, hair transplants, hair removal (electrolysis), and liposuction.
You can include in medical expenses the amount you pay for cosmetic surgery if it is necessary to improve a deformity arising from, or directly related to, a congenital abnormality, a personal injury resulting from an accident or trauma, or a disfiguring disease.

In years past, when inputting donated clothing or household items into Turbo Tax, they assigned a value to the items. I don't see that in this year's version. Is it coming later or not at all?

Once a tax return has been filed it cannot be changed, canceled or retrieved
You will have to wait for the IRS to either Accept or Reject your filed federal tax return. If the return is rejected you can make the necessary changes and e-file again. If the return is accepted you will have to amend your original tax return. An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a current year tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-federal-tax-return-current-year/L7eS6o1qh_US_en_US?uid=lfunevhk

Thanks DoninGA I have been using TurboTax for many years. Since it was first legal to print the tax return on my Digital LA50 pin feed dot matrix printer. I always do the "Forms" because I find it more efficient. The step-by-step interview method is actually more cumbersome for me but thanks for the suggestion. I just hadn't noticed that checkbox before and when I read it, I couldn't figure why it was there. Perhaps it should simply say that information is/will be carried over from the previous tax year.
