Nine states — Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming — have no state income taxes.   As your state Tennessee has no state income tax, it is not in the drop down menu of Box 15 of form W-2. Just leave boxes 15 and 16 blank even if TN is listed in box 15 and/or box 16 is filled with an amount on your form W-2.
Please follow the instructions in this TurboTax Help article to access your tax return so you can view or print it.
It says "Start For Free". But I do not wish to start on Expert Assist. What is this, to be forced away from the basic product? If so, I will leave Turbo Tax

There is no confidential information on this board.  Why 2-factor verification?  And the capatcha takes too long -- I had to try 5-10 times before it let me pass.  Are you wanting to turn off the 2-factor authorization that you log in with?    That's not recommended since the same log-in credentials used for this user community forum are also the log-in credentials that many people use for their Intuit Account.  And the Intuit Account can contain sensitive information including tax returns that might have been filed in that account.   So if you turn it off for this board, it will also be off for the rest of your Intuit Account.   But it is configurable as explained below:   If you are you sure you want to do that, however, you can log into your Online TurboTax account, and in the left menu column scroll way down and click the tab Intuit Account.    Then once at the account settings click the tab "Sign in and security." You should see the authentication options.

Yes, as long as you haven't actually filed, you can make any changes you wish.   At the Tax Home if your interview is closed, look for a link "Add a State."   That doesn't really add one, but opens the return interview back up.   After making any changes run the REVIEW again before filing.   BTW, why are you choosing to print and mail instead of efiling?   If you are due a refund, it can take weeks for the IRS to process a mailed return.   After making your corrections, review your printed return carefully.  If mailing, be sure to sign and date the return.   You have to mail it yourself; TurboTax does not mail it for you.  The Federal return goes to the IRS; the state return to the state tax agency.    The Filing Instructions page should print with the returns.   It's recommended to mail with a method that has tracking.
I filed a complaint with the BBB hopefully they can work on getting my money refunded to me properly
