@VolvoGirl ... thank you! The HTML error code resolved when I tried again. My issue doesn't involve my return, as such, so I won't be sending it in. It's purely an e-file fee checkout process matter. I did ask for a credit, and offered to send @GabiU a copy of my e-file fee receipt -- in case it is decided that honoring the discount messages is an appropriate course of action in this situation.

Wow - seriously? You're SO smart - glad you feel the need to puff out your chest for TurboTax. A lot of people assumed they'd be able to go online today (until midnight) to finish 2025 - easy mistake. TurboTax could have waited until the end of 2025. They will lose a lot of longterm customers for this mistake.

@BME I get that HTML error message when I post from my iPad, not on my Desktop computer. I just hit reply or post again and it goes through. You can send GabiU a sanitized copy of your return....

@BME I get that HTML error message when I post from my iPad, not on my Desktop computer. I just hit reply or post again and it goes through. You can send GabiU a sanitized copy of your return. You can send in a Diagnostic File which is stripped of your personal info. You will get a token number which you can post here and they can look it up. To get a Diagnostic File go up to Online - Send Tax File to Agent. It will give you a token number.

I'm SO aggravated! I went online today, Tuesday, October 21, 2025 to get all my Its Deductible information and to hurry to add all of 2025 for next tax season. HOWEVER, it's GONE! Why would TurboTax say UNITL October 21, 2025 and NOT give up today, October 21, 2025 to finalize all of our information. I'm unsure we will even consider using TurboTax ever again! It gets WORSE and WORSE each year. This year, they didn't even open on the weekends the few weeks before October 15th Extension deadline! We have California LLC's and a California Living Trust and almost always have to do extensions due to the different CPA's not getting K-1's to us before April 15th. Even if they do get K-1's to us before April 15th, it's often too close to deadline to complete by 4/15. Hence, we always do an extension. Once again, it makes no sense to get rid of Its Deductible. They could have chosen to keep it and allow customers to pay for the service. Get your act together TurboTax. Longterm loyalty is more profitable than 'one trick ponies'. Bring back Its Deductible or lose longterm customers for good this time!

Hi all ... replying to my post with an update ... I just got a PM from a "GabiU" Admin who was asking me questions so she could research this further. She requested a copy of my tax return. When I tried to reply (no, not sending her my return ... but answered her other questions) my message was rejected due to presence of some HTML code. Odd, as there were no links that I could see in my msg. Anyway, checking with the group to see if this seems legit. Thanks!

I have used Turbo Tax for decades. It is appalling to me that Intuit would treat it's TurboTax customers this way by dumping ItsDecuctable, especially 10 months into the tax year. Look, I get it, they made a business decision based on factors unknown. Just like 2022 there are thousands of us that use it to track all of our charitable deductions throughout the year. To leave us high and dry with only two months to go shows how little they regard the impact on customers like me that somehow did not get the memo in time to download. It is inexcusable.

You can deduct mortgage interest for your primary home and one second home. Since the home you sold was never rented (according to your other post), you can deduct the mortgage interest on both homes for the 10 months that you owned both. This is assuming that you did not own any other home besides the one you sold and your new primary home.

I do understand it's my mistake... I saw the date, wrote the date down, thinking it was the laste date, and screwed up. Just hoping for a miracle I guess...
