Hello, I still receive this message when trying to view, print, or file NY state taxes for 2025. "Your New York return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet". Is anyone else still experiencing this delay? thank you.

The "up to 5 days early" means once the IRS has finished processing the return and provides a date. It is supposed to be "up to 5 days" before the IRS would have delivered the funds to your bank account. If you paid the $35 for "Up to 5 days early" refund option, the terms in the FAQ linked below say it is not supposed to charge you if your Federal refund is not received at least 1 day early. It says: "If the money isn’t delivered at least 1 day early, you won’t be charged a fee for this service." https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-refund-advance/turbotaxs-five-days-early-refund-delivery-options/L9U8ngZlH_US_en_US What are you seeing at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool? Is the IRS still processing your return, or has a refund been approved and a refund date provided? https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

When I enter this info from this form it triggers an entry for taxable attorney fees paid. Then it mistakenly asks for job type. Its attorneys fees not any income earned. How do I fix this?

I paid an extra $30 or $40 for a 5 day early refund and it was accepted and I even received an email from Intuit stating it was supposed to be in my account on 1/29/2026 by the end of that day. It never came and I have the emails and proof of payment and acceptance as well. If possible I'd like a refund since the extra money I paid to get it early did not actually work. Thank you

What state is it? What happens? What is the screen with the roadblock? Is there any error message? Go through the REVIEW tab to see if there are any messages? BTW, if you efiled the Federal return by itself previously, you cannot efile the state return until the Federal return has been accepted.

Form 5695 is available in my TurboTax now... BUT my return was rejected. I entered all of the information correctly. When I cross-referenced the TurboTax pdf to the actual IRS 5695 form it was missing information and not computing it correctly on their end. It seems this was a common issue last year as well. Please advise and adjust. TurboTax is telling: This return cannot be filed at this time due to a processing error that will be corrected on February 13, 2026. On or after this date, open the rejected return, review it for errors, and resubmit the return for electronic filing. This is the first that I'm seeing this type of message but again, a previous thread from last year had a similar message.

Hi all, Formed an S Corp in 2025 and got a 12 digit SOS corporation file ID starting with a 'B' from California. I called the Secretary of State and they confirmed they moved to 12 digit IDs in 2025 and phased out 7 digit IDs. However, when filling out California S Corporation Information Worksheet, TurboTax only uses the first 7 digits of that 12 digit ID when entered. Am I going to be forced to mail in just to add the extra 5 digits I need with a pen or is there a workaround to fix this? I'm using the Business Expert Assist Online product. Any help is appreciated.

Which one of those is it offering--efile or mail? Or does it offer nothing? Did you by any chance choose the payment option of "Pay out of refund?" If so, that payment method requires efiling. Are you getting any error messages? Go through the REVIEW tab to see if there is a problem with forms that can't be efiled or any other messages.

This is a user community, and we can't see your fees, but if you qualify to use that payment option, you can pay all your TurboTax fees out of your refund. NOTE: There is an additional $40 service fee for that option ($45 for California filers.) You can avoid that extra service fee if you pay upfront with a credit card, debit card, or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store. Here are a couple of ways to see your fees. With your return open click on the shopping cart in the top right. Or here's another way: Go to the left menu column and click on TAX TOOLS then the subtab TOOLS. In the Tools window choose the blue button MY FEES.
