The IRS/States is currently processing a high volume of e-filed returns, so it can take several days for your payments to go through.  The IRS/States may debit the payment after the deadline. Also, it can take the banks another few days to post the debit to your account. As long as you filed you return or extension on or before April 15, 2026, and you selected April 15, 2026, or earlier as your payment date, you won't get penalized for late payment. If you don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after their return has been accepted,  call the IRS e-file Payment Services at 888-353-4537 or contact your state tax agency.   How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?

To access your tax returns (current or prior year) you will sign into the TurboTax website with the user ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/   Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)   As an alternative for current year return, when you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a State (You will not really be adding a state).    This will take you back in to the 2025 online tax return.   Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Find the Print Center and choose the year you want to print.  If you want your full return including worksheets, choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets.   In TurboTax Online, follow these steps to print/view your return and all of the informational worksheets after you have filed:   Sign in to TurboTax Scroll down to Your Tax Returns & Documents Select 2024 and then Add a State (You aren't actually adding a State but this gets you back into the Print Center) From the left panel Select Tax Tools, scroll down a little and select Print Center Select Print, save or preview this year's return Select the 2024 Federal and/or State return box Choose to Include TurboTax and government worksheets Select View or Print Forms

Thanks for your response.    I searched my emails and did not find an email from TurboTax stating the filing was rejectede.   When I log into Turbotax, I am shown a way to autostart my 2025 return by pulling in last years's info. Below that I am presented with the option to see tax returns and documents from prior years.   When I click on 2024, a display pops up saying the filing was rejected. It also shows: (1) an option to amend the return, (2) Efile details (a log of what happened with the ending with Filing Status changed to: Rejected), and (3) the option to download a .tax file. It does not have anything that states reason for rejection or fix my return. At step 2, it shows the date the filing was rejected that is the date I used to search my email for an email from Turbotax.   Based on what you wrote, I (1) followed the option to amend route in order to download the Turbo Tax Desktop 2024 return software, (2) I then downloaded the .tax file for 2024, (3) I then opened the tax file within the Turbo Tax Desktop. It took me to the step-by-step overview for amending the return, (4) I deliberately did NOT start amending the return per your instructions and instead searched for a way to print out the whole return so I could paper file it. (5) I was able to save the unamended file as a PDF and to print it, (6) I intend to just paper file it.   That should be OK right?

Make sure you take into account the information below.   You can find your 2024 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) by: Looking at line 11 on page 1 of your 2024 Form 1040 Requesting a transcript of your 2024 tax return from the IRS. You can request your transcript online at the following link: Get Transcript Please click on this TurboTax article for more information.    Check these items as well to ensure you have the correct number.  If you:  Filed late last year after mid-November or your return was processed after that time—try entering 0. Amended your return last year—make sure you’re using the AGI from your original return, not the amended one. (If you only have a 1040X form, it’s on line 1, column A). Rounded your AGI to the nearest dollar—be sure to round up when it’s 50 cents or more and down when it’s 49 cents or less. Filed with your spouse last year—you and your spouse have the same 2024 AGI. (Don’t split the AGI amount or enter  0  for one of you).   Time-saving Tip: If what you entered is correct and you continue to get a reject, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. It's possible.   Another thought could be that your refund was offset. The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.    The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been filed and accepted by the taxing agency, you should follow these guidelines.  You must first wait until the initial return is completely processed.  You will have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.  Once you begin your amendment, you'll see your original return.   The refund calculator will start new at $0 and only reflect the changes in the refund or tax due  Only make changes to the areas of your return that need to be corrected.  You have three years from the date you filed your return or two years after you paid the tax due (whichever is later) to file an amendment  Select your product below and follow the instructions.  Amend TurboTax Online  Amend TurboTax CD/Download

The IRS requires that all filers of 1099 forms have an EIN and requires the EIN to be shown on the form.  Look again at the form.  An EIN is a 9-digit number of the form xx-xxxxxxx.
