Netfile Error

I am getting this error trying to Netfile:

 

 
We couldn't find an internet connection or the existing connection either timed out, disconnected, or experienced an error. Check your internet connection and try again.

 

This is after the transmit and receive windows are displayed.  I have no other issues connecting to the internet.

 

Any ideas?

Double check that you don't have any security or ant-malware software (Ex: Windows Defender) that's blocking TurboTax from connecting.

 

You can also try reinstalling the software from the download on our website. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows). You can download older versions of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Where can I download the Desktop edition of TurboTax?

Thank you.  A reinstall did the trick.
