Question

I am getting an error when trying to e-file my 2024 return using TurboTax Business Incorporated 2024.

The error message is as follows: 331: Access to CRA's Corporation Internet Filing system to generate an online WAC has been locked out for 15 minutes. Previously The error was Error 349 and mentioned something about an out of date WAC. Any suggestions on how to fix or to be able to talk to an actual turbo tax representative?

    It is asking for your web access code from your 2023 corporation return, which should be found on your notice of assessment. Specifically you need the WAC, business number and tax year end to begin your return.
