How do I fix error 31?

I´ve reviewed my personal info; however, everything seems correct.

CRA Error 31 (also known as Result Code 31) indicates that the personal identification information you entered in your tax software does not match the records held by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Service Canada. This is a common issue for first-time filers or those who have recently changed their personal details.

We recommend double-checking your personal information, such as your name, middle name/initial (if applicable), address, DOB, and SIN.
