Question

CPP Overpayment I can't netfile

For two previous years(2019, and 2020) I can’t netfile them because CPP overpayment needs to be manually adjusted to 0$. But because it’s needed to be manually adjusted and doesn’t just calculate properly, I can’t even submit my return.

I paid 60 bucks just to find out it’s not even usable. Is there any work around or is this it? Why even sell previous years software if they can’t be used?

Your return needs to be filed by mail instead of NETFILE. You can print your return directly from TurboTax and mail it to the CRA rather than submitting electronically. Here's the official guide: How do I print a copy of my tax return in TurboTax?

As far as refunding your purchase here is an article about How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?
