For my 2021 1040SR, prepared and submitted with Turbo Tax, the IRS sent me a notice that the Recovery Rebate Credit was wrong and lowered my refund $1,400, from the $5,184 Turbo Tax calculated to $3,784. I'm wondering if this was a error on my/Turbo Tax's end or with IRS. Is there any way you can check this?

Hello @user17581376415 ,
Sorry to hear you received a notice. Yes, you can look into in further to make sure the notice is correct. Turbo Tax makes calculations based on the information provided so we would be happy to review your return and explain the calculation. We are not able to review documents during the event but please sign into your Turbo Tax account and select Expert Help. We can review your return and explain the adjustment in more detail.
The Recovery Rebate credit is added to your refund if the taxpayer indicates they have not received the full payment from the IRS. If the IRS later finds the the payment was actually received, they will adjust your tax return for that amount.
Hope that helps and thanks for joining the event!
