No time frame for refund

I got a letter from IRS stating I need to go to local office and prove my identity. I have an IRS issued PIN I use plus it is direct deposit to my checking account. That was highly unusual and never happened before. I satisfied to local IRS agent that I am who I say I am. Now that that has been cleared, I am hearing nothing about my refund. It has been 2 months since I submitted my return and 6 weeks since I cleared my identity. When I go to IRS sight, they say my return is in process. But no time frame. Is there anything I can do to get an estimated time frame for my refund?

No time frame for refund

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
