I have been a TurboTax customer for more than 15 years and am highly baffled at the lack of customer service. I hit the button that says talk to some one and I get a computer. She then directs me via email to a forum . what an insult.
The answer was correct for 2018. The date of the message reflects when the answers were ported over to this new forum in June, not the date the answer was provided.
The TurboTax website for prior year returns (2016 thru 2018) indeed has the Business Edition for completing S Corp tax returns. The Home & Business Edition is only for personal tax returns to include Schedule C - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
