Solved

My employer is the only one to contribute to my HSA account. I used my HSA for medical, dental, and vision last year. Will this affect my return?

No it should not affect your return in the sense that contributions made by an employer to the health savings account (HSA) of an eligible employee are excludable from an employee's income and are not subject to federal income tax, Social Security or Medicare taxes.

Also, you will not be able to claim any itemized medical deductions for any medical expenses paid through your HSA.
