If you're filing Schedule C Profit or Loss From Business, you may enter your booth fees as:

    1. An Advertising Expense because tradeshow booths are often used as a way to promote and market the business and its products or services.
    2. If you're renting the space, as Rent expense.

The important thing is to enter it on your Schedule C.

Additional information: Where do I enter my self-employment business expenses, like home office, vehicle mileage, and supplies?

You can list booth fees on your Schedule C as HelenC stated, "An Advertising Expense because tradeshow booths are often used as a way to promote and market the business and its products or services or renting the space, as Rent expense."  When you enter the booth fees as either option, you will get the same deduction from your profit and loss statement.
