Question

Have home office & standing desk, bought under desk treadmill that I use exclusively while working and the majority of the time I work. Can I safely deduct the treadmill?

    Unfortunately, it is very unlikely the IRS will allow that as an "ordinary and necessary" business expense.  In order to deduct expenses for your business (or home office) it must be ordinarily used in your line of work and necessary to perform the work or operate your business.
