If my Michigan 1099-g form doesn't provide a state ID number what should I do

    Please see the attached link for the state ID number. 

     

    Michigan Form 1099-G ID number information

     

    This number will need to be entered into the program to ensure your return allocates the state withholding, if any, to the correct state.

     

    This will affect your overall state tax liability or refund.
