I have filed a GA state form with my federal, and I filed a 1065 - why do I need to file a Georgia form 700

    Are you using TurboTax Business?

You might be required to file a return for the partnership for the State of Georgia.

I am a partner for one LLC and did K-1 for federal return using Turboxtax Home and Business software, but when file GA return, I don't have the needed form 700 to go with GA Form 500...

    Anyone has similar issue?

@jianhuama  Georgia form 700 is to file a tax return for a partnership in Georgia, not to enter a K-1 into your Georgia personal tax return.

TurboTax should carry all of the numbers from your federal K-1 over to your Georgia return.  However, if you have a Georgia K-1 issued to you as a partner in a partnership there may be numbers on that K-1 that are not on the federal one.  You will need to make sure to enter those numbers into your Georgia return where necessary.
