Greetings,
I want to mail my Illinois state income tax and the Turbotax "file by mail" instructions that was prepared for me has an address that is different than listed on the official IL-1040.
Turbotax says I should send my return to:
Illinois Department of Revenue
P.O. Box 19027
Springfield, IL 62794
However form IL-1040 says to mail it to:
ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
SPRINGFIELD IL 62726
Which should I use?

The address is different if you do not need to include a payment versus if you are making a payment. The address for each is shown below from the instructions for IL-1040.
