Just finished inputting data for my MO tax return. TurboTax's mail instructions page says to send the return and payment to P.O. Box 3370; their MO tax return signature page says to send payments to P.O. Box 329. Google confirms that the return and payment should go to P.O. Box 329.

This is an error in the program that would cause returns to be sent to the wrong place, which may result in bad things happening.

Actually, returns with a payment due and a 2-D barcode should be sent to P.O. Box 3370, Jefferson City, MO 65105-3370. See 2-D BARCODE RETURNS in the Instructions for Form MO-1040 for more information.

For non-barcode returns, the address to send a balance-due return is P.O. Box 329, Jefferson City, MO 65105-0329. See WHERE TO MAIL YOUR RETURN in the link above.

EDITED AFTER ORIGINAL POST: If you selected to pay by check when preparing your TurboTax state return for MO, the program should have printed a 1040V, a voucher to include with your check when mailing in the taxes you owe. The mailing address should be on that voucher.

However, here's a link to the 2019 1040V from the MO DOR website. (Thanks for pointing that out, @JamesG1. This is the 2019 voucher). The voucher is form-fillable, meaning that you can type in the information into the fields, then print to be mailed.
