What's the difference between D-40 SUB and D-40 for DC tax filing?

Hi all,

I had some issue with my DC tax return, so I had to file it manually. I can't not find D-40 SUB form online, only D-40 (fillable) and D-40. But D-40 (Fillable) and D-40 have different vendor IDs, one is #0002, the other is #0000. What are the differences between these, and can I use D-40 fillable for manual tax return filing?

You want to use the DC 40 as it is the correct form. Fillable just means that it can be filled in online. You can file and/ or pay through DC here.
