I never received my Mississippi state return from 2023. What do I need to do?

I assume you mean your state refund. Before phoning the Mississippi Dept. of Revenue, here's something to check. How did you file the 2023 Mississippi return--did you efile it, or did you print and mail it? If you chose to print and mail it, did you physically do so? TurboTax does not mail it for you.

If you efiled the state return, then make sure it was successfully efiled AND accepted. If you used Online TurboTax, log in and at the Tax Home scroll way down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". Choose tax year 2023. What does it show in regard to the state return?

@ROBJON59 If your state return was accepted by MS then you need to follow up with the state. TurboTax gets no information from the state after the state accepts your return.
