Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time. For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February. Those loans had to be offered to you, and no money was issued until the IRS accepted the user’s e-file.

A refund advance for tax year 2024, if TurboTax makes them available, will not offered until after January 1, 2025.

If the refund advance is offered it will only be for the 2024 federal tax refund after you have completed the 2024 return and you have selected direct deposit for the refund. Then you must e-file the 2024 federal tax return and wait of the IRS to Accept the filed return.

The IRS normally will not be accepting any 2024 return until late January 2025.
