I paid $36 and was told by turbotax to pay an additional $13 to the state. I need to print the form and mail it in to pay unless turbo tax will help me pay the fee to the state. As it stands now, it says my state tax was submitted but wont' let me look at it.

To be clear, I paid $36 to Turbo to be told I owe  $13 to the state. My patience is running thin....

Where are you seeing the term "submitted"?  Did you try to efile originally?

I did federal first, then state later. It says both are accepted now

So your Missouri return has already been filed, and you just need to print it out?

I guess? Again, Turbotax charged me $36 for my state return and now I'm left trying to figure out how to finish up my return. It's not clear

If I could view my state return I filed earlier today, it'd probably help clarify matters
