Can I print my state return without paying? I am using turbo tax premier and already e-filed federal. It keeps prompting me to pay before I can print my state.

Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the state return in an envelope. If you have not paid for using the software to prepare your state return you cannot print it.

I already paid about $66 for the turbotax service. It now wants to charge me $49 to access my state return.
