Question

I can't track my NYS refund status on NYS website. I have filed an amended tax return and I don't know which refund amount to input on their website.

Call the NYS Department of Revenue and speak to someone there and see if they have received your amended tax return. There have been some taxpayers that have reported issues with the NYS wheres my refund tool this year when amended returns have been filed. They will be able to answer your questions.
