What documents do I need to file taxes? W2's, social security card?

You need a social security number or ITIN entered on your tax return but you don't need the card. You don't send any documents to the IRS when you efile a tax return.
If you print and mail a return, you need a copy of all W-2s and any other form that included federal tax withholding.
