How can I go about transferring my money from turbo fto my bank account  without my card I have the account number and routing number to the card

You can request a replacement card by logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.

What about help for this?

 

Wife does taxes.  Apparently she never finished mine for last year. Had done it with turbo tax years before that though. So the government won't tell me where my stimulus money went but the bank thinks it went to TurboTax card. Well I lost the one from 2 years ago. I can't login because I can't find that information and because I don't have the card number a can't seem to order a new one or login to my account to check info. 

 

Question. If I don't have my card how can I check balance to see if that's where my money went?

@MalcolmReynolds Look at your federal tax returns for 2018 and 2019.  If you had a direct deposit of a tax refund the bank routing and account number will be on the tax return.

To report your card lost, you will need to login to the Turbo Visa Debit Card website. They will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file. If you are unable to access your account through the Turbo Visa Debit Card website, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
