To report a card lost or stolen for your Turbo Visa Debit Card you can login to TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 

Follow these steps if you call:

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Follow the prompts to report the lost/stolen card and request a replacement.
**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card:

 

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

So why does it say they can't take my call and to go online to access account and i cant they blocked my account

hello  my name is [removed].  I have two purchases that I didn't  purchase. 1 is for 300 and  the 2 is for 400. I would like  to  dispute the charges  because  I have reason  to  believe  someone  one watched use my debit card who was family  member. I had  no recollection of the  theft. The purchases  were  made  at rite aid  and  a family member  had  business  there. I just  don't  know  how they got access .lost
