If you got the card there was paperwork that it was sent with just like any other credit/debit card does.

I have two accounts and don't know the card number.  The account ending in 5885 I dont have that card anymore it is and need to close that account and have my money sent to my other account.

I'm in the same boat, I have the last 4 I sent in my two documents to validate my ID and close the account but they didn't except and I can't get to a live representative to see why it was declined. It's been rough getting through

@Rbbully81 If you no longer have your physical Turbo Visa Debit Card, please contact customer service to report your card lost/stolen.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for instructions.

I sent for a new card like a week ago which i suppose to had it within 3 days. I haven't gotten it yet at this point i don't know my carc number

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with the Turbo Visa Debit Card in this forum. You will need to call customer service. The correct number is listed on the Contact us page. 

 

The typical time is 8-10 days for delivery. If you opted for expedited delivery the time is shorter however times are delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions and may impact these shipping timeframes.

What kind of card???  Is it a new Credit Karma Visa Debit Card and Credit Karma Money Spend Account?  Or is it a Turbo Visa Debit Card?  Or is it something else?
