Should I use routing number on my deposit slip or routing number on my checks, they are different. I have Bank Of America account

    And not just the routing number on the bottom ... some banks put ACH numbers in the body to be used ... when in doubt contact the bank.

    in other words only use the number on your checks.

    No.  Check with the bank for the right routing number to use for Bank of America.  See that FAQ link I posted.

    Florida has 3 routing numbers. 

    Use the number you will see on your check that is called out as the ACH number.

    Don't use the other "electronic" number and,

    Don't use the wire transfer number because it may not come through properly.
