I had additional taxes taken out of my account despite already paying the fee a few months ago.

I owed New York State $101 on Tax Day and paid (there is a statement that lists this was taken out). However, today I had $101 taken out of my account by NYS DTF PIT. Does anyone know what this is?

Is it normal for this to happen twice? I already had the initial amount documented and have a statement that shows it. Or could this be for the new year?
