I've been calling that number all day it has worked everyday but today the number don't even let the automated system answer it just sends me to call error

    To check your card balance, you will need to log in to your account by going here: 

    https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login

    You can set up and log into your account at the Turbo Prepaid VISA Card website or contact the Card's customer service.

    If you were approved for the Refund Advance and the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you'll get your Refund Advance typically within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed tax return. When your Refund Advance funds are ready you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo Visa Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online. If you need any further assistance with the Refund Advance, you can use the link provided below for further assistance:

    Why if i put direct deposit for state and federal with My bank of américa card..recieved My state direct deposit went through good..But My federal Will be sent on a piece of crap turbo tax card i didnt apply for it and on My tax return it has My bank of américa direct deposit..called santa Barbara bank trust which recieves deposits from irs and sends the direct deposit..But they are owened by green dot same as turbo tax card...scam all around
