I need to file my 2019 tax return.

TurboTax does not support tax year 2019

A 2019 tax return with a tax refund, the refund will not be paid since it is beyond the 3 years from the due date of the tax return.

Sorry---it is too late to use TurboTax for 2019. 2019 software is no longer provided nor is it supported with updates or state downloads. Any refund for 2019 has been forfeited, but if you owe tax due for 2019 you still need to pay and will be subject to late filing penalties and interest.

You might be able to find some other tax software that can prepare 2019, or you can seek local paid tax help.

Or....get the paper forms to prepare by hand.
