This will be the first time making quarterly payments using Form 1040-ES Payment Vouchers for 2025 federal taxes due.  In 2026, what form will I receive from the IRS showing how much the IRS received for 2025 taxes paid. Wouldn’t I need some type of form like that to enter into turbo tax when working on my 2025 taxes paid?

If you are going to mail the Form 1040-ES with a check for payment of estimated 2025 taxes, the IRS does not send you any type of acknowledgement of payment.  Your proof of payment is the cancelled check.

If you use the IRS website to make your quarterly estimated tax payment using direct debit from your bank account, the IRS does provide a confirmation number each time you make a payment.

No, you will not get a receipt for estimated taxes that you sent to the IRS.  They have record of it.
