In the My Info section of the program indicate that you are active military.  You must enter a Military W-2 in the Wages & Income section and after completing the W-2 on the screen labeled Let's check for uncommon situations you will need to check the box Active military duty

When you are at the end of preparing your return you should not be charged,

If you want an actual person to either assist you with the tax return or to create, complete and file your tax return for you, you will have to pay the TurboTax account fees for those services.

The TurboTax online editions of Free, Deluxe or Premium are free for active duty enlisted personnel who complete and file their tax returns without Live Assistance.

If you have questions concerning your tax return or the TurboTax program there is no charge to use this forum where TurboTax Tax Experts and qualified volunteers can assist you.

See this TurboTax website for military - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/military-edition.jsp
