Why am I only getting option to pay for premium?

I only have a w2 and a 1099 and normally can use the basic for $89 but this year it’s only letting me do premium for $169

If you have an investment sale, rental property income and expenses or self-employment income and expenses then you have to use the Premium online edition.

The Premium edition is $89 and a state return is an additional $39 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/premium/

If you selected to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund that option is an additional $40.
