Question

Why "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets." Forms in my return are: 1040, 8812, 8995, and 8962. These show as supported.

normally the error is because a form has not been finalized. however, if all your forms are final only support can help you resolve the issue.  you might want to do an update first before contacting support.

I have a Mac and do not see anywhere to Update the Software. I am using TurboTax Premium.

I am not sure about a Mac, but on Windows, to update, go to Online on the top bar, then Click for Updates. Of course, the Mac could be different.

Historically on Windows, this formset message came because you had somehow paid for the federal and not the state, and are now trying to e-file.

The "fix" on Windows is to delete the state and then re-add it. This should force TurboTax to charge you for the state, after which all will be well.

If this does not help, then come back and tell us, and we will try to find an associate with a Mac to answer.
