I purchased TurboTax standard at Costco. I tried to install it but it doesn't take me to a place to enter the licence plate. How do I do that?

I downloaded it and signed in to my Intuit account. I verified my information using a texted verification code. It has taken me to a page with choices of how to file. I have already paid for it..
