Did you have health care insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov?

If you did then go to this healthcare.gov website to get the Form 1095-A - https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-form-1095/

If you did not, then when asked about the Form 1095-A answer NO

Did you have health insurance from healthcare.gov?    "Obamacare"?  "Affordable Care Act?"

Thanks for the guidance.  When logging in and going to my 2024 application, then tax forms, it says

"Your 2024 1095-A will be posted here by early February 2025." Alas, it is not posted.  I'm in Oregon and I don't believe the Oregon site will provide the form.  I had basic medical coverage for myself, wife and daughter but never had any out of pocket premiums, and never even had to use the coverage as it was pretty short term.  I'm thinking I'm not going to receive a form and can proceed to file.  Am I off-base here and should just wait a while longer?

If the IRS receives a copy of the 1095-A form, they will request that you add it to your tax return and send them an updated copy. Since it appears that the form has not been completed yet, it may not interfere with the processing of your tax return, but you may receive a notice down the road requesting an updated return.
