TURBORTAX $20 DISCOUNT BY 1/4/2025

My husband received an email offering $20 off on TurboTax 2024 used by 1/4/2025 with Sams Club and other retailers. The email states it is useable in store or online. We went into the store, and online, but it does not work.

Is there an explanation as to why this does not work? Is the discount already given in the price of $55.99? Is this false advertising? Please text me an explanation. I am purchasing TurboTax Fed/State Deluxe today.

We do not know what your email said. No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
