Turbotax 2023 bug - T5 foreign income not converting to CAD

There is a serious bug in Turbotax 2023. When entering foreign income on T5 box 15 using source country USA, the program does not convert the currency back to CAD when updating the Federal Worksheet (Income from foreign sources, including foreign dividends in Canadian Dollars), then enters the wrong calculated amount as a result in T1 line 12100.

This was also broken in a couple of earlier versions of Turbotax (causing CRA to catch the bug on my return) but it got fixed in Turbotax 2022, now broken again in Turbotax 2023.

Can someone please address this issue and fix it as soon as possible as it is a pretty serious bug.

This is the TurboTax US user community website.
Go to this TurboTax Canada website for assistance with a Canadian tax return or the TurboTax Canada editions - https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/turbotax-support/help/03/en-ca

Unfortunately there does not appear to be any way to post to the CAD Turbotax community. Seems broken.

Can you offer a link or method of posting a Turbotax CAD bug or post to CAD community?

If anyone works for Turbotax on this site can they forward this bug to Turbotax CAD team?

Again I believe it is a serious issue
