Help with EIN application questions regarding location: LLC Physical Location and County Where LLC is located.
I recently moved to a different county in SC. I previously listed the address of an unrelated LLC as our home address as we used a dedicated office for all things business related. We recently moved. Still in SC, but now living in an adjacent county.
We've decided to create a second LLC for a single rental property and I am in the process of applying for an EIN.
Can someone please help me with the location questions I've added to the two screen captures below?
Also, I updated the current LLC address on the SC Secretary of States Website to our new home address. The current LLC business is also in another county. Depending on the answer I receive to the questions below, I believe I would need to update the EIN info for the current LLC too.
I tried finding the answer myself. I've spent over an hour searching. I would really appreciate some help as I have less than a week to get this done so it is created 1/1/2023.
