In the past I had a yearly subscription but this year I did not do that. Can I still purchase it? I sure can't find it.

I assume they only have it for Windows but if they have it for Mac, that would be better.

There is not a Mac version of TurboTax Business. TT Business is only available for Windows.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $20 and increases to $25 in March.
