Useless information as it does not address the problem

Also, login to idnotify is not an option as email alerts direct user to access alerts via turbotax account. Users do not have idnotify accounts. Claims that an idnotify account were set up are not true.

I am having this same exact issue and multiple attempts to reach out to TurboTax and IDNotify have not resolved.  I have received security alert messages, with a link to TurboTax to check details - but following the link only takes me to my personal taxes.  I am very frustrated to be paying for premium benefits with no ability to review these alerts.  Password recovery trying to login directly with IDNotify does not work, neither does my intuit password.  IDNotify is not listed as a Turbo Tax product like Credit Karma or Link so I cannot access through Turbo Tax's site.  What is the resolution?

I was finally able to get to my alerts by logging into turbotax - which takes me to my tax home screen.  At the top of the screen I see my take return information, but if you scroll down you see a grey box labeled "see your max benefits" - expand that and you see a blurb stating:

"Need help restoring your identity?

Not only will a dedicated Resolution Specialist from Experian take on the responsibility of recovering your identity, but you’re also eligible to get reimbursed up to $250,000 to recover stolen funds and up to $1 million to pay for legal fees and expenses caused by identity theft. " And a link.
Clicking on the link next to this blurb did take me to my alerts.

But still super frustrating that following the ID Notify link from Turbo Tax's emails doesn't work

Well I do not see the gray box for "see your max benefits". I tried to get a refund, but my request was denied. I did not sign up for max benefits for 2024. I read reviews about max benefits and concluded that one is better off subscribing directly with IDnotify (Experian) or one of their competitors. For now I am using a competitor to iDnotify.

Yup, having the same issue. ID Notify sends me an email saying I have 2 alerts and to follow the link to my account, but it never takes me there. It just takes me to my taxes. Very frustrating. The whole reason I got MAX was for this benefit- feeling duped. Apparently there are a whole slew of people out there with the same issue. Go Intuit!

See these TurboTax support FAQ: Who is IDnotify and what is their relationship to TurboTax? and How do I sign in to IDnotify?

If there is an alert that you would like more information about or to take action on (freezing your credit report, etc.), please reach out to IDNotify directly.

Clearly you have not read my posts detailing how I have reached out numerous times over many months to both IDNotify and TurboTax on this problem. Both organizations have been utter failures in addressing this problem.
