Hello, my 2021 Tax Year 1099-B tax forms have the wrong first, middle, and last name but my address and social security number are correct. What should I do? I have to do my taxes soon!

Unfortunately I am not in contact with the name on the form but is submitting the form with my social security number and all the other stuff right still good?

Yes, the IRS will match up your social security number more than your name. So as long as you report the income that you should report, you are good. It is possible they will send you a letter for clarity. If they do just respond with the explanation. It is still a very good idea to change the account, at least open a new account with the correct information and don't use the old account.

Do they belong to you or someone else? You will need to contact the issuer of the 1099-B to fix the form and correct your information.

The tax forms belong to me but have the wrong name. I tried contacting cashapp and their support system, I also tried contacting one of there third party issuers but they said I can’t do anything about it. This is exactly what they emailed me after a conversation going back and forth “Since this account was opened in another person's information, we are unable to reissue a corrected 1099 form. You may want to get in contact with the person whose information is listed on the account, and also work directly with a tax advisor for questions about your particular tax situation.” So I’m still confused in what I should do!

If the social security number on the 1099-B is correct just enter it on your tax return as is. The IRS will track the tax ID number more than the name.

If the name is a person that you used to share the account with then you need to get their name off of it. Close the account and re-open it elsewhere if you have to.

If they just have your name misspelled then ask them to fix it going forward.
