A payment voucher is included when you owe taxes.  A payment voucher for your State should printout when you print your return.  If not, you can print a payment voucher at the following website

https://www.tax-brackets.org/newmexicotaxforms/form-pit-pv

If you owe Federal taxes, you would just send in the check with your Federal return.

If you do not owe taxes you do not need a payment voucher.
