Can I download TurboTax premier on to my iPad or do I have to use the online version

No, TurboTax CD/Download can only be downloaded and installed on a computer (Windows or Mac). It cannot be downloaded and installed on an iPad.

If you do not have access to a computer, you can use TurboTax Online with an iPad.

No. The license code is only for the CD/download; it cannot be used to pay for online software. Desktop software can only be used on a full PC or Mac---not on any mobile device. If you purchased the CD/download and do not have a computer that you can use it on then talk with customer support about how to get online instead.
