TurboTax glitches

I am attempting to work my way through my taxes, but have come upon several blank screens that I have to go back to the start (as in Deductions and Credits). I get a blank screen that says "no form" at the bottom, for example under "Tax Prep Fees," when I click on it I get nothing. This is probably the fifth screen I've seen like this. I've restarted, etc. several times. When will this be fixed, TurboTax?? Not impressed.

    If you are stuck on a screen or it is blank in TurboTax you may need to log out and restart your computer, then log back in, or try another browser. You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Please see these TurboTax FAQ's for information on how to clear your cache and cookies:

    I restarted computer (several times) and cleared my cache and cookies. The issue remains.

     

    My thought is to uninstall and reinstall off the website using my CD code? What do you think? Thanks.

    Removed all my cookies and cache files. Uninstalled and reinstalled off the website. I'm using Chrome. Still have blank forms and errors. Please advise.
