Screen goes blank when trying to enter a W2

When I click to enter a W2 the screen goes blank. I have had similar issues with this for the past several years. Someone gave me a workaround last year but I don't remember what it was.

TurboTax Home & Biz Windows

Level 15

Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon on your display

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run the program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists

I have this same problem on MacOS for TurboTax Premier 2022. The W2 entry page is just blank, as are several other screens in Federal. Updates were installed. I tried closing the application and relaunching etc. Very frustrating.
