You are the recipient of Form 1099-G and the payor is the agency that paid you. When inputting this form make sure and put the agency's name, address, and federal id number, not your own.

Dang I filed it incorrectly, is there a way to fix this? & thank you also

If you filed, and the 1099-G makes a difference in your tax, you'll need to file an amended return.

(if you haven't filed, edit or delete and re-enter)
